ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2006 ESD 131 issued March 10, 2006.
By order dated today, the appeal in this matter was ruled withdrawn. By inadvertent error of this office, notice of the hearing conducted on March 14, 2006 was not given to Maralin Falik, Esq. That order is vacated, and the hearing is rescheduled at 12 noon (E.S.D.) March 23, 2006 at my offices located at 885 Third Avenue, New York, New York.
It is not necessary that parties be present in New York, as a telephone link can be made with all parties. Those who wish to be heard via telephone link, please advise Jacque Newbey of my office no later than 5:00 p.m. March 22, 2006. Ms. Newbey can be reached at 212 906-3883. If any party other than the Election Supervisor desires to make a written submission prior to the hearing, such submission should be served on all other parties no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 22, 2006.
