ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2010 EAD 68 issued January 12, 2011. The appeal was submitted by Rick Hicks, Secretary-Treasurer Teamsters Local 174.
A hearing was held before me on January 21, 2011. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., for the Election Supervisor; David J. Hoffa, Esq. on behalf of Hoffa-Hicks Campaign and Rick Hicks, protester.
We have reviewed the supplemental submissions of Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq. for the Election Supervisor, dated January 25, 2011, and of Dmitri Iglitzin, Esquire, counsel for Teamsters Local Union No. 174, also dated January 25, 2011.
Based upon the full record, the argument and the supplemental submissions of the parties, the decision of the Election Supervisor is in all respects affirmed.
