ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2011 EAD 192 issued March 28, 2011. The appeal was submitted by John Lesicko, Secretary-Treasurer of Local Union 377.
A hearing was held before me on April 11, 2011. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., for the Election Supervisor; Sam Cook, member of Local Union 377, Anthony Anderson, member of Local Union 377, Denise Ventura, Office of the Election Supervisor representative and John Lesicko, protester.
Having heard the argument of the parties in the appeal hearing, the decision of the Election Supervisor is in all respects affirmed.
