ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2011 ESD 184 issued March 25, 2011. The appeal was submitted by Gino Nuzzolilo, member of Local Union 170 and independent candidate for delegate.
A hearing was held before me on April 15, 2011. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., for the Election Supervisor; Deborah Schaaf, Investigator for the Election Supervisor and Gino Nuzzolilo, the protester.
For the reasons stated in the Appeals statement this date of the Election Supervisor, the appeal, being untimely filed, is dismissed.
