Protestor.                                            )           OES Case Nos. P-297-053116-SO

____________________________________)

John Collins, member and elected delegate from Local Union 509, filed a pre-election protest pursuant to Article XIII, Section 2(a) of the Rules for the 2015-2016 IBT International Union Delegate and Officer Election (“Rules”).  The protest alleged that the local union failed or refused to make lodging reservations for Collins at the IBT convention or to reimburse his travel expenses or otherwise comply with our Advisory Regarding Payment of Expenses for Convention Delegates.

After intervention by Election Supervisor representative Dolores Hall, the local union took all the actions necessary to comply with the Advisory.

Accordingly, we deem this protest RESOLVED.
